The Akuvox R20K-2 is a compact, IP65-rated SIP video door phone designed for secure access control in residential and office settings. Its aluminum alloy front panel houses a 2-megapixel wide-angle camera (110° horizontal, 58° vertical) with automatic lighting and high-intensity IR LEDs for clear video, even in low-light conditions. The device supports two-way audio communication over IP networks, featuring echo cancellation, voice activation detection, and comfort noise generation for clear conversations. Equipped with a numeric keypad and an integrated RFID card reader compatible with 13.56MHz (NFC) and 125kHz frequencies, it offers multiple access methods, including PIN codes and contactless cards. The R20K-2 utilizes a 2-wire connection for both power and network access, simplifying installation, especially in retrofitting projects. It complies with SIP and ONVIF standards, ensuring seamless integration with various IP-based systems like VoIP phones and network surveillance setups. The device operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C and humidity levels between 10% and 90%, making it suitable for diverse environmental conditions. Additional features include a light sensor, infrared sensor, Wiegand and RS485 ports, and a relay output for door control.
