What we need from you
1. Internal roof cavity access available for the installer to crawl around, or add the surcharge if no cavity.
2. Modem is accessible within the same storey
3. min 1080p monitor must be available for use on the day of installation. If you don’t have one, we can supply one for $150.

Kindly let us know how many storeys your home is. If its a split level home with only garage at the bottom, it is still classed as double storey. Double storey homes usually need 2 technicians instead of 1 due to greater difficulty. NVR is installed upstairs in a linen cupboard or walk in robe.

Where there is no access to roof or wall cavity, this conduit surcharge is applicable. Conduit is the grey coloured tubing which is required to encase ethernet cable. Conduit + additional installation time is required if no roof or wall cavity exist.
