The Akuvox E12W is a compact single-button SIP video door phone designed to improve security and visitor communication for houses, apartments and multi-dwelling entrances. Featuring a 2-megapixel camera, the E12W enables clear visual verification of visitors before granting access. It supports Power-over-Ethernet for simplified installation and includes an IP65-rated housing for dependable outdoor performance. With a built-in 13.56MHz RF card reader, Bluetooth Low Energy support and Wiegand connectivity, the E12W offers flexible access control while integrating seamlessly with SIP devices, indoor monitors and mobile applications.

Its aluminum alloy front panel houses a 2-megapixel wide-angle camera (110° horizontal, 58° vertical) with automatic lighting and high-intensity IR LEDs for clear video, even in low-light conditions. The device supports two-way audio communication over IP networks, featuring echo cancellation, voice activation detection, and comfort noise generation for clear conversations. Equipped with a numeric keypad and an integrated RFID card reader compatible with 13.56MHz (NFC) and 125kHz frequencies, it offers multiple access methods, including PIN codes and contactless cards. The R20K-2 utilizes a 2-wire connection for both power and network access, simplifying installation, especially in retrofitting projects.
