Person-led checklist
- The person has explained their preferred language, privacy boundaries and access preferences.
- Panic button locations are tested from bed, wheelchair, chair and transfer points.
- Intercom screen or app can be used from the person's real position.
- Door release rules are written down.
- Support-worker access method is documented.
- Camera locations are agreed and private areas are excluded by default.
- Electricity and internet are active, paid and monitored.
- App owner, recovery email and responders are documented.
- NDIS/support coordinator/plan manager context has been considered where relevant.
- Monthly test person is named.
