The ZKTeco CR20MW is a desktop USB RFID card reader designed for efficient enrollment and management of Mifare 13.56MHz proximity cards. It connects to a PC via a USB port, enabling plug-and-play functionality without the need for additional drivers. The device supports high-speed transactions and features dual-color LED indicators (red and green) along with an integrated beeper for user feedback. With a reading range of up to 3 centimeters, the CR20MW operates at a frequency of 13.56MHz and consumes a maximum of 102mA at 5V DC. Its compact design, measuring 117.2×66.2×17 mm and weighing 120 grams, is constructed from durable ABS+PC materials in black.

The CR20MW is compatible with Windows operating systems, including WIN98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7 and Communication protocol available for development, functioning as a keyboard emulation device. This compatibility allows the reader to input card numbers directly into the cursor’s position in decimal format, streamlining the card enrollment process and reducing manual entry errors. The device operates effectively in temperatures ranging from 0ºC to +70ºC and supports operating humidity levels between 10% to 90% (non-condensing). These features make the CR20MW a reliable and user-friendly solution for contactless card enrollment in various access control and time attendance systems.
