The Hanwha Vision XNB-6001 is a 2 megapixel covert camera main module designed for remote-head surveillance installations. Instead of using a conventional camera body, the XNB-6001 works with a separate optional lens module, allowing the lens to be installed discreetly while the main camera unit is positioned elsewhere.

This makes it ideal for applications such as ATM surveillance, retail checkout counters, reception desks, door jamb installations, kiosks, customer service counters, access points, and other specialist covert monitoring environments.

The XNB-6001 delivers up to 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution and supports H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression. It can stream up to 60fps at 2MP using H.265 or H.264, making it suitable for environments where smooth video capture is important. Hanwha also includes WiseStream II, which helps reduce bandwidth and storage usage while maintaining usable image quality.

For challenging lighting, the XNB-6001 includes 120dB Wide Dynamic Range, BLC, HLC, SSDR, defog, digital image stabilisation, and lens distortion correction. These features help improve visibility in scenes with bright backlighting, reflections, changing lighting conditions, or narrow mounting angles.

The camera also includes a strong analytics set, including motion detection, tampering, loitering, directional detection, fog detection, face detection, digital auto tracking, appear/disappear, enter/exit, virtual line, and defocus detection. These analytics make the XNB-6001 more useful than a basic covert camera system, especially where event-driven recording and notification are required.

For flexible installation, the XNB-6001 supports PoE IEEE 802.3af Class 3 or 12V DC power, includes alarm input/output, supports bi-directional audio, and has a microSD/SDHC/SDXC slot supporting up to 256GB for edge recording.

Please note that this is the main camera module only. A compatible Hanwha remote-head lens module is required for operation.
