Processing Time-frame:

  • We will issue and email the reset information within 3 hours of receiving the information/file required from our instruction guide.
  • Information/file received during the hours of 8:00am to 2:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be processed same day
  • information received after 2:00pm (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
  • reset information/file will not be processed on NSW public holidays.
NVR – TO RESET PASSWORD ON HIKVISION NVR, 
> download SADP tool for your computer (https://www.hikvision.com/au-en/search/?q=sadp). SADP Version 3 for PC / SADP V1 for MacOS
> ensure you’re connected to your PC (ie. ethernet cable from your PC to your NVR) – load up the sadp tool, find your NVR and choose “forgotten password”
> email us the XML file and Serial Number (*Full serial number on SADP) to us.
> we will then email an XML file back which will enable you to reset your password. (usually within the same business day if done in the morning)
NOTE – you must leave everything on from this point. SADP program and devices. If power goes off or network disconnects, the files will need to be regenerated.
