The Hikvision DS‑2XC6685G0(D) is tailored for surveillance in tough marine, industrial, and coastal environments:

Rugged & Corrosion‑Resistant Build
Constructed with 316L stainless steel and certified NEMA 4X (C5‑M), it resists salt spray (720 hours) and condensation (480 hours), ensuring long service life in chemical plants, offshore rigs, coastal ports, and wastewater facilities.

Premium Image Quality
Equipped with a 1/2″ Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, the camera captures sharp 4K (3840×2160) resolution at 30 fps. It supports ultra-low illumination (0.002 Lux, down to 0 Lux with IR), WDR 120 dB, and 3D DNR for clear imaging in challenging light.

Flexible Optics
Choose between 2.8–12 mm or 8–32 mm motorised varifocal lenses, offering horizontal fields of view from approximately 95° to 15°. Ideal for wide-area coverage or distant detail monitoring.

Lens Maintenance & Protection
The integrated wiper clears debris from the glass, preserving image clarity in rain, salt sprays, or dusty settings. Combined with IP67 sealing, this delivers unmatched reliability in extreme conditions.

Efficient Encoding & Network Integration
Advanced codecs (H.265+/H.265/H.264+) reduce storage and bandwidth use. The camera supports PoE (802.3at) or 24 VAC power, onboard MicroSD card storage (up to 256 GB), and is compatible with Hikvision software platforms.

Environmental Resilience

  • Operates from –30 °C to 60 °C, humidity up to 95% non-condensing

  • EMC and safety certifications (CE, FCC, RCM, UL, CB, IC) suitable for industrial standards

Typical Deployments:

  • Coastal installations: Surveillance of ports, docks, and shipping infrastructure with exposure to salt air.

  • Chemical/petrochemical plants: Monitors zones with aggressive chemicals and high humidity.

  • Wastewater & sewage facilities: Performs reliably in damp, corrosive conditions.

  • Marine structures: Integrates into offshore platforms or seawater-exposed environments.

  • Industrial plants: Ideal for heavy industry, power generation, and mining environments.
